- There's much to see here, especially Amelia Earhart and her wrecked Lockheed Electra aircraft which I found in 1938-1942 aerial photos of the shipwreck SS Norwich City on Gardner Island / Nikumaroro . So, take your time, look around.
- In my book, I try to give the major theories "fair play" and attempt to support or refute them for the benefit of my readers. I support the theory that Earhart and Noonan landed and died on Nikumaroro (Gardner Island). The images in those aerial photos from 1941-42 that I present serve as potential signposts that Earhart's Electra did not wash off the reef some 700 meters north of the Norwich City wreck. Instead, the plane became subject to the tides, waves, and currents which transported it to and around the shipwreck in a journey that, in my opinion, ended in the lagoon where much debris from the shipwreck and habitation lie. The lagoon has not been explored.
- In addition to "Amelia Earhart: Final Days" I have published on Amazon in eBook and paperback fourteen novels including, murder-mystery, science fiction, historical fiction, and an 8 volume series about Gillian L. Douglas, assassin, CIA, US Marshall, and matriarch of a unique superfamily of men and women. Thank you for visiting!
I look forward to hearing from you.
